You can make granola on the weekend and have a super healthy breakfast option all week.
It is prepared very easily and quickly, and it is so delicious that I am sure that if you make it once, you will make it again and again.
I make my own often and have shared several recipes. I always add different things, it depends on what I have at home. When it comes to granola, the most important thing is to have, in addition to the dry ingredients, a wet mixture that will be able to connect the entire content. I usually use nut butter, honey and coconut oil as a wet mixture.
Ingredients needed for one large jar of granola:
- 200 g oat flakes
- 50 g of a mixture of seeds and seeds
- 200 g mixture of unsalted almonds and cashews (ground/crushed)
- 50 g of raisins

Method of preparation:
The preparation is very simple. Mix together and combine the mixture well. You put it in a tray and bake it in the oven at 150C for about 20 minutes.
Then you collect it in a jar and the breakfast for the whole week is ready.
Today I combined the granola with Greek yogurt and frozen raspberries.
Breakfast perfection!
