Banana Oatmeal Cookies

The cookies are nothing fancy, but they are super simple to make. They can be a great snack or even breakfast. They have no flour, milk, or eggs.

From the ingredients listed below, we got 14 cookies.

Here’s what we put in:

  • 200 g of ground oat flakes
  • 1 and a half ripe bananas – if your bananas are smaller, you can use 2 or just 1 bigger one
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter from Fit Delights – you can order it
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons of honey – it depends on how mild you want it to be
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • a little cinnamon
  • 50 g of raisins

For icing :

  • about 50 g of dark chocolate
  • coconut flakes
  • ground almonds.

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together and form balls like cracker from the place. Place the balls on baking paper and press them from above with a fork pre-soaked in water (so that they don’t stick). We baked them for a short time, about 12 minutes, and I baked them at 160C with the fan on. In terms of baking you will have to follow, but that is the rule, not too long and not too strong.

To decorate them on top, I melted dark chocolate and put a little on top of each cookie, while the chocolate was still warm, I sprinkled coconut chips and ground almonds to stick.
