We have a lot of diverse ingredients in our kitchen but generally, we don’t know how to use all of them optimally. Did you know that you can use baking soda to get rid of all excess fat from all your body parts like belly, thighs, back, arms etc…
Although you can mix baking soda with fruit juice also but I prefer to use it with apple cider vinegar, for best effect. Please note ACV smells very bad at least I think so but in general, is very good for your health.
- ½ tsp. of baking soda
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 glass of water
Mix all the ingredients in a glass and take it on an empty stomach. You will shortly witness drastic changes on your body, such as lose weight and burn abdominal fat, too!
